The purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080©(6) of the FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule. This report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following station(s): WROK-AM, WZOK-FM, WXXQ-FM, WKGL-FM and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of these stations, and posted on their websites, if they have websites.

The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this Report contain the following information:

A list of all full-time vacancies filled by the Station(s) comprising the Station Employment Unit during the Applicable Period;

Section 3: Supplemental Recruitment Activities

	Type of Recruitment Initiative	Brief Description of Activity
	Hosted Job Fair	On February 26, 2008 our SEU hosted “Cumulus Job Expo” at Ramada Inn & Suites in Rockford, Illinois. Over 50 vendors participated and each vendor had to purchase a booth. Job seekers were able to pick up brochures, fill out applications and receive on-the-spot interviews. All four stations in the cluster were on site with tables, brochures, and representatives to take resumes and answer questions. SEU personnel in attendance were our Special Projects Manager, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Promotions Directors and the Market Manager.
	Participation in Job Fair	On May 6, 2008 our SEU participated in the Employment Expo 2008 in Beloit, Wisconsin. They greeted attendees, answered questions about careers in broadcasting, discussed current vacancies and accepted resumes. Station participants included the Special Projects Manager and an Inside Sales Executive.
	Internship Program	In the Spring and Fall of 2007 our SEU hosted interns from several universities including: Lewis University, DePaul University and Northern Illinois University. Students from Rock Valley College and Illinois Center For Broadcasting also participated. These interns were exposed to various aspects of broadcast operations, including assisting the Promotions Director in setting up and participating in station events. Also in the Spring of 2008 our SEU Promotions Department hosted an intern from Northern Illinois University who, while exposed to the same areas of broadcasting as those in the aforementioned, also assisted the Sales Department in the preparation of proposals for sales promotions and organizing community events.
